    Jared Polman is the founder and president of AJP Construction LLC. With over 20 years of licensed experience in both residential and commercial construction, AJP Construction specializes in building luxurious semi-custom homes on estate-size lots in the northern suburbs of Atlanta.

    Jared Polman holds a GC Unlimited builder license in the state of Georgia. This is a higher class of license than most of his peers in the area, allowing him to construct both residential and commercial structures. Practically speaking, this translates to a deeper level of knowledge and adherence to stricter standards of competence.

    Jared Polman has seamlessly woven his lifelong passion for construction into a flourishing career. Having grown up surrounded by the sights and sounds of construction projects, Jared practically had a hammer in his hand from the moment he could walk. This early immersion ignited a profound understanding and love for the intricacies of the building process. Through the years, his hands-on experience and commitment to the craft have evolved, shaping him into a seasoned professional with an impeccable reputation.

    “I remember jumping in the back of my dad’s pickup truck every chance I could and making the rounds with him to the houses he was building. He made me step and fetch, but I couldn’t get enough.”

    Today, Jared is making waves in the residential construction scene, particularly in the affluent regions of Cherokee County, north of Atlanta.     Jared’s greatest passion is sharing time with his son Jace and his daughter Ava.

    Born and raised here, north Georgia is home to Jared. He has deep ties to his community with longstanding friendships and relationships going back many years.

    When he isn’t busy working, Jared loves to spend his time fishing, hunting and enjoying the great outdoors with his family.
